  • Your Organisation: Patrol and incident data is shared with authorised managers and administrators within your organisation as part of normal platform operation.

  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process such as a court order.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Patrol and incident data is retained in accordance with your organisation's subscription plan and applicable record-keeping requirements.

When you or your organisation close an account, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to:

  • Access: Request confirmation of whether we hold your personal information and request access to it.
